Sample Week

Week two had more gorgeous fall weather here in New England and the kids were loving their day out on the bikes.  We worked on some bridges this week and some hill climbing techniques.

When working the bridges we worked on balance and dropping off the ends.  These bridge drops (aka Curb Drops) are an important part of learning the clear obstacles.  Next week in week 3 we will be working on the other part - going up on to bridges with no transitions (aka Curb Ups).

The coaches also worked on some hill climbing out on the trails. 

The kids were all smiles when we returned and can't wait for the next session.
